Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Are you dissatisfied with your order? No problem. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Please use the form below to notify us of your return or cancellation. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email.

Step 2: Send your return

Once you have registered your return, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please include your order number or a copy of the delivery note with your return parcel.

Returns Policy

During the cooling-off period, we ask you to handle the product and its packaging with care. You are free to review the product just as you would in a high-street shop.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning, any loss in value may be charged to the customer.

We would ask you to return the product, where reasonably possible, complete and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, you will be refunded the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery charges.

The cost of returning the products to James B.V. is at your own expense.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the original order. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal at the latest. We may delay the refund until we have received the products or until you can provide proof that they have been dispatched.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to measure specifically for you, or to other products to which a statutory exception applies.
