Delivery and shipping cost
If a product is in stock and ordered before 15:00 o’clock (CET), you will receive the goods in the EU within 1 to 4 business days and for shipment to the United States it will take 5 to 15 business days (after receiving payment). DHL and DPD ensure the delivery of your goods. The shipping cost for your current order is clearly mentioned in your shopping basket. Please note you can save on shipping cost when ordering for a certain amount; the exact information is also shown in your shopping basket.

Return policy
With our return policy you have the right to return your order within 14 days (without providing a reason). The total amount paid, including shipping, will then be credited. Solely the costs for the return shipment are at your expense. Should you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, the unused product with all accessories should be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Echt een mirakel, dachten dat nagellak vlekken in zitkussen er nooit meer uit zouden gaan. Na gebruik van Vlekkenspray van James verdwenen de vlekken meteen. Echt een aanrader!!
Ik had een vlek van Purol zalf in mijn bank van 2 jaar oud om te janken heb de verkoper van mijn bank gebeld hij zei dat ik het eens met James moest proberen heb toen een starters set gekocht en het is een wonder wat er toen gebeurde een super spul zeg het is echt niet te geloven de bank is weer als nieuw.
Echt een aanrader om een setje in huis te hebben dat je meteen kunt handelen.
