Information Before You Order

All prices listed on our website include 21% VAT.

Order
For the item of your choice, click the “Add to Cart” button. Your shopping cart is being updated. Take a look at this, review your order, and click the “Checkout” button. Next, create an account, log in, or place a one-time order (without creating an account). Enter the remaining information, select your preferred payment method, and complete the order by making the payment.

Payment
You can pay for your order using:

1. iDeal: Pay securely and reliably through your own bank
2. Bancontact Mister Cash: Pay securely and reliably through your own bank
3. Bank transfer: Pay manually through your own bank (this results in a longer delivery time)
4. Trustly: Pay securely and instantly using your own bank account, without needing an account or a credit card
5. Credit Card: Pay securely with your Visa or Mastercard credit card
6. PayPal: Pay securely via PayPal using your bank account or credit card

Having trouble paying?
If a payment fails, there may be a reason why it didn’t go through. Here are a few tips you can put into practice:

1. There may be a (temporary) issue with iDeal, your bank, or the credit card company. Please try again later
2. If necessary, you can use a different browser or device to place the order
3. If possible, please pay using a different payment method

Delivery and Shipping Costs
If a product is in stock and is ordered on a business day before 3:00 p.m., you’ll receive it the next day in most cases. Our shipping carrier, DHL, will handle the delivery.

In the shopping cart, you’ll see exactly what the shipping costs for your order will be. Please note that you can save on shipping costs if you order a certain amount; the exact details will be displayed in your shopping cart. You will receive an email from DHL allowing you to track the package, including an estimated delivery window. Is it not possible to ship to your country? Trial Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You will then be credited the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. You are only responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the unused product must be returned to us with all accessories included, in its original condition and packaging. Items You Cannot Return
You cannot return an order in all cases; for example, if:

1. Products that have been opened or used
2. Products that are no longer in their original condition
