What is the difference between spray extraction and steam cleaning?
The spray-extraction function has been developed for soft materials such as carpets, rugs, upholstery and car interiors. In this process, water is sprayed deep into the fibre, after which it is immediately sucked back up along with any loosened dirt and stain residues. This allows you to clean thoroughly right down to the core of the material, whilst keeping the surface as dry as possible.
The steam function is designed for hard surfaces in the home. Think of tiles, grout, bathroom fittings, kitchen splashbacks and other smooth surfaces. The hot steam helps to loosen grease, limescale and baked-on grime, so you can easily remove it and leave surfaces feeling fresh and clean again.
How powerful is the machine, and does it remove stubborn stains as well?
