James has a free unique service: the James personal maintenance advice! This is a maintenance advice tailored to your personal living situation.

James has a complete laboratory in which many carpets, rugs, upholstery fabrics and hard floors like laminate, vinyl, PVC and LVT are tested for maintenance. Each individual product is tested using a standardised test method for maintenance capabilities: can it be (brush) vacuum cleaned, which professional cleaning methods are available on each specific quality, can the James products be used, and so on.

Then comes the personalisation. You choose where your carpet is located, what colour it is, if you have pets, children and floor heating, amongst other things. That information is used to instantly generate an advice that is tailored towards your situation at home.
