How do you use James Interior Cleaner?
Always test the material first in an inconspicuous area for color and material fastness. Vacuum carpets, rugs, or upholstery thoroughly beforehand—preferably using the brush setting—to remove loose dirt first.
Use James Interior Cleaner undiluted. Do not spray the product directly onto the fabric until it is too wet; instead, apply it to a clean white terry cloth towel. Next, rub the stain with gentle, long strokes. Repeat the process until the surface is clean or the cloth no longer picks up any dirt. Let the material dry thoroughly before using it intensively again.

I was pretty at a loss when it came to my beautiful Vitra chairs (light blue, wool): even careful, everyday use left stains after just a few months (skin oils, clothing marks, etc.). My furniture store recommended James Water, so I bought a sample set. With a simple wipe-down (using a white cloth), I was able to remove all the dirt. The more heavily soiled areas had to be cleaned again. I didn't even need the stainwonder—that's really for impossible stains like wine or chocolate. I immediately ordered another large bottle of James Interior Cleaner, because I'm spraying it everywhere now… The light blue chairs are shining again, just as they should! And all that without water spots—which I’d been foolish enough to try before, and it only made things worse!
