Ordering
For the product of your choice, click the ´Add to basket´ button. Check your order and click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. Then create an account, log in or continue placing a single order (without creating an account). Complete the necessary details, choose the payment method of your choice and make the purchase final by clicking the ‘Place your order‘ button. Finally, complete payment using your selected method.
Delivery and shipping cost
If a product is in stock and ordered before 13:00 o’clock (CET), you will receive the goods in the EU within 1 to 4 business days and for shipment to the United States it will take 5 to 15 business days (after receiving payment). DHL and DPD ensure the delivery of your goods. The shipping cost for your current order is clearly mentioned in your shopping basket. Please note you can save on shipping cost when ordering for a certain amount; the exact information is also shown in your shopping basket.

Return policy
With our return policy you have the right to return your order within 14 days (without providing a reason). The total amount paid, including shipping, will then be credited. Solely the costs for the return shipment are at your expense. Should you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, the unused product with all accessories should be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Ik heb onlangs bij u Basisreiniger besteld omdat één van mijn honden de hele huiskamer had onder gespuugd met gal. Het was er zo erg ingetrokken dat ik het er niet meer uit kreeg. Maar gelukkig lukte dit wel met Basisreiniger. Ik ben hier dan ook ontzettend blij mee.
Ik kreeg mijn vloer niet meer schoon, ik had al vanalles geprobeerd, het werd alleen maar erger. Vlekken, strepen, mijn vloer zag er niet meer uit. Uw collega gaf mij aan de telefoon het advies om James Basisreiniger te gebruiken. Ik was erg sceptisch omdat het al het zoveelste middeltje was, maar heb het toch maar geprobeerd, je moet toch wat. Ik ben helemaal verbaasd, het resultaat is on-ge-lo-fe-lijk! Mijn vloer is weer als vanouds, helemaal tevreden, toppie!
