Wij zien duurzaam en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen dan ook als vanzelfsprekendheid.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>De belasting op het milieu wenst James zoveel mogelijk te beperken door toepassing van effici\u00ebnte en milieuvriendelijke bedrijfsprocessen. Wij streven ernaar om innovatieve en duurzame idee\u00ebn te gebruiken voor onze producten en diensten. Middels deze verbeteringen en aanpassingen in ons beleid levert James een bijdrage aan een beter milieu.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In dit blog lees je meer over James &amp; Duurzaamheid.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>James is aangesloten bij Cleanright, een<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">&nbsp;initiatief van he<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">t A.I.S.E. (de Internationale Vereniging van Zeep-, Detergent- en Onderhoudsproducten), het offici\u00eble consumentenportaal van de was-, reinigings-, en onderhoudsmiddelenindustrie. Vanuit Cleanright is h\u00e9t Europese duurzaamheidslabel o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">ntstaan<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">, dat James met trots draagt!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"587\" height=\"581\" class=\"wp-image-42436\" style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Poppins; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.james.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Cleanright.png\" alt=\"Cleanright\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.james.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Cleanright.png 587w, https:\/\/www.james.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Cleanright-300x297.png 300w, https:\/\/www.james.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Cleanright-425x421.png 425w, https:\/\/www.james.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Cleanright-100x100.png 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 587px) 100vw, 587px\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Het label geeft aan dat James een holistische bedrijfsstrategie hanteert en hoge industriestandaarden implementeert op het gebied van milieu en sociale duurzaamheid:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul id=\"block-b1918840-08e2-4043-b71e-7f660171efb9\">\n<li>Effici\u00ebnt gebruik van hulpbronnen<\/li>\n<li>Bio-gebaseerd inkoopbeleid<\/li>\n<li>Maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen<\/li>\n<li>Verpakkingsbeleid<\/li>\n<li>Duurzame ontwikkelingsdoelstellingen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>De James producten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>James investeert voortdurend in de ontwikkeling van milieuvriendelijkere producten (en diensten), uiteraard met behoud van functionaliteit en kwaliteit.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Polyethylene flacons<br><\/em>Alle vloeibare James producten zijn verpakt in polyethyleen flacons. Het etiket is ook van polyethyleen, waardoor de gehele verpakking in een keer kan worden verwerkt bij de afvalindustrie.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Getest op schadelijke milieubelasting<\/em><br>James houdt haar afzonderlijke ingredi\u00ebnten continu tegen het licht om te beoordelen of enige vorm van belasting voor het milieu nog verder geminimaliseerd kan worden, desnoods met een aanpassing in de recepturen. De James producten zijn allemaal biologisch afbreekbaar.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Wist je trouwens dat James niet alleen aan het milieu denkt, maar ook aan haar gebruikers? Zo hebben we in 2020 het kleine beetje conserveringsmiddel dat in meerdere producten noodzakelijk is, vervangen voor een andere, kostbaardere variant; zonder prijsverhoging naar onze klanten. De reden? De kans dat iemand een allergische reactie krijgt tijdens met gebruik van onze producten is nu n\u00f3g vele malen kleiner dan voorheen. Niet dat we klachten kregen, maar we lopen graag voorop!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Reiniging met water<\/em><br>James was in 1997 de eerste \u00e9n is nog steeds de enige producent van reinigingsmiddelen die op de Vlekkenschijf en website verkondigt dat 90% van alle verse vlekken met water te verwijderen zijn!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Op het label van James Vlekkenwonder staat zelfs vermeld dat je het product niet op een verse vlek dient te gebruiken, maar dat je eerst een behandeling met een vochtige handdoek moet uitvoeren.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Nauwkeurige dosering<\/em><br>James geeft altijd nauwkeurig de dosering aan bij toepassing van de reinigingsproducten. Onder deze omstandigheden werkt het product optimaal. Gebruik niet meer dan de dosering aangeeft, zo gaat er geen onnodig reinigingsmiddel door de afvalstroom heen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Hergebruikte verzenddozen<br><\/em>Door materialen te hergebruiken in plaats van direct weg te gooien, kunnen we het milieu enorm ontlasten. Daarom kiest James ervoor om bij het verzenden van de (webshop) bestellingen zo veel mogelijk gebruik te maken van hergebruikte dozen en vormen van opvulmateriaal.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Het bedrijfspand van James<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Isolatie<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Het gehele James pand is maximaal ge\u00efsoleerd (zowel muren, vloer, dak als raam) en heeft hier dan ook een A++++ rating voor ontvangen. Zelfs het water wordt volledig onthardt om machines in een optimale staat te behouden, zonder enige vorm van kalkaanslag.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Verlichting<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Bij James wordt exclusief met energiezuinige LED verlichting gewerkt, geen enkele ouderwetse lichtbron is bij ons in gebruik.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Groene stroom<br><\/em>De benodigde stroom bij James wordt volledig opgewekt door eigen zonnecollectoren. James wekt met haar 80 zonnecollectoren&nbsp;jaarlijks ca. 20.000 kWh groene stroom op.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Het complete bedrijfspand van James te Venlo, inclusief de voorraadhal,&nbsp;is voorzien van vloerverwarming. Hierdoor is het verbruik van energie voor stookkosten minimaal.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>De opgewekte groene stroom is dan ook meer dan toereikend voor het totale energieverbruik van het gehele James bedrijfspand.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vervoersmiddelen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Auto\u2019s van de zaak<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Elke auto van de zaak is 100% elektrisch; d\u00e9 manier om milieubelasting en schadelijke uitstoot te minimaliseren. Samen met de zonnepanelen en een laadpaal bij het bedrijfspand, worden de (niet meer dan noodzakelijk) gereden kilometers pas \u00e9cht groen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Wij hopen je met dit blog een (duurzaam) kijkje in de keuken te hebben gegeven\u2026. z\u00f3 dragen we bij James ons steentje bij aan een mooie toekomst!
