Rust marks or brown stains in the carpet.

Cause
Placing furniture, tools or other objects on a damp carpet.

Explanation
The oxidation of metal legs or feet, or the migration of (furniture) stain to the carpet fibres.

Solution
These stains can only be cleaned professionally. Contact James for advice.
